By using this website or engaging AVP Infotech ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Content on this website is for general information. Descriptions of services, features and estimates (including the cost estimator) are indicative and may change without notice; they are not a binding offer.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.

Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or order form that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies for that engagement.

Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be charged separately.

Invoices are payable as per the agreed payment schedule. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are charged as per law.

We may pause work on an engagement if payments are overdue.

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and feedback needed to deliver the work. Delays in these may affect timelines.

You confirm that any content, logos or data you give us can lawfully be used for the work.

Marketing services rely on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta, which have their own policies and may change their rules, pricing or algorithms. Advertising spend is paid to those platforms and is separate from our fees.

We work to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks and know-how, and grant you the rights needed to use them as part of the deliverables.

Website content, branding and code of this website belong to AVP Infotech and may not be copied without permission. We may mention you as a client and show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Use of AgencyNest and PeopleNest is governed by the terms published on those products' own websites.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where AVP Infotech's registered office is located.
