Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services purchased directly from AVP Infotech — such as marketing, website, software and automation engagements. Refunds for AgencyNest and PeopleNest subscriptions are governed by the refund policies published on those products' websites.

Refund terms for each engagement are set out in its signed proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise there: advance payments secure your project slot and cover initial planning, and are non-refundable once work has started; milestone payments for work already delivered or approved are non-refundable.

Retainers (for example, ongoing marketing or SEO) can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. The current month already billed is not refunded, and work continues until the end of that period.

Money spent on ad platforms such as Google or Meta is paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by us. Unused prepaid ad budget held on your behalf, if any, will be returned or adjusted as agreed in the proposal.

If we are unable to start or complete agreed work for reasons on our side, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion.

Email info@avpinfotech.co.in with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We review every request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
