The first usable version is usually kept small, so your team starts using it within weeks rather than months. We work with clients anywhere in India over video calls, shared test links and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST, in English or Hindi.
What we need from you
One person on your side who knows the process well and can answer questions quickly, samples of the sheets, forms and reports you use today, and honest feedback on each test version. The clearer the goal of the first version, the sooner your team gets value from it — and the easier it is to plan what comes next.
Build or buy?
Buy a ready-made tool when your process is standard and a subscription costs less than building. Build custom software when your process is what makes you different, when off-the-shelf tools force your team into workarounds, or when several tools need to work as one. We will tell you honestly which one fits — including when one of our own products already does the job.
What it costs
Cost depends on the number of screens, user roles, integrations and reports. We price the first version as a fixed project, then add features in phases you approve one at a time. The starting price is shown on this page and in our project cost estimator. Every payment comes with a GST invoice, with IGST for clients outside Rajasthan.
