This Privacy Policy explains how AVP Infotech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website, contact us, apply for a job, or receive a proposal from us.

Our SaaS products — AgencyNest and PeopleNest — are operated on their own websites and have their own privacy policies, which apply when you sign up for or use those products.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, budget range and message when you use our contact form or cost estimator; your CV and application details when you apply for a job; and signature, billing and payment-reference details when you accept a proposal.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referring website and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Communications: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals; to deliver the services you engage us for; to assess job applications; to send invoices and confirm payments; to improve our website and marketing; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We only send you marketing updates where you have asked for them or where permitted by law, and you can opt out at any time.

We may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the website and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and may share usage data with Google and Meta in line with their own policies.

When you submit a form on this website (for example the contact form, cost estimator or a job application), we may also send that conversion to Meta through its Conversions API so we can measure our advertising. Your email address, phone number and name are converted into an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash) before they are sent, together with technical details such as your IP address and browser.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as expected if you do.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as hosting, email, messaging and payment providers — under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls that limit leads, CVs and client information to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
